I am very excited about my new install, I purchased my system from Lowes and called them up to install it, they were courteous and prompt in coming out, the Technician told me what to expect, gave me a time-frame for completion and kept me inform along the whole process, I got to ask him questions about my system and was very impress with his knowledge. After Installation, he stayed for another 30 minutes, just showing me how to use the system and what to expect. I am very very pleased. I highly recommend soft water techs for your next system. A Technician kindly introduced himself, and advised he was going to preform a twelve- point inspection, within 20 minutes he returned with the cause of my problem and what it would cost to have the part replaced.
